A civil engineer by formal training and a builder by deep belief, Gaurav founded House of Savithri with one conviction — that the people of Mangaluru and coastal Karnataka deserve homes built with the same rigour delivered to the world's largest projects.

Over eight years of hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial construction — in India and abroad — taught Gaurav what makes a project succeed: relentless attention to engineering, and an unwillingness to cut corners.
His career has spanned major construction projects across India and West Africa — including over a million square feet of project execution on the African continent alone — with professional involvement in projects associated with names like Tata Advanced Systems, Amazon, Vodafone, DHL, Puma, and Gland Pharma.
